Variation of conditions 8, 9, 14, 15, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 34, 37 and 38 of the consent to allow the West and East parts of the development to be delivered independently and removal of conditions 11, 30, 31 and 32. Namely, adjustments to substation doors, fenestration and balustrade height, addition of ventilation air bricks, undercroft wall, automatic opening vent and access hatch, adjustments to landscaping, basement rooflight and roof PV arrangement to East Site.
