Amendments to planning permission dated 23rd July 2021 (RN: 21/00174/FULL ) which Varied conditions 1 and 10 of planning permission dated 19 August 2019 (RN 19/00135/FULL) for the demolition of existing two storey mews buildings behind retained facades to provide three storey plus basement mews buildings comprising basement, ground and two upper floors (including new second floor mansard) for use as Class B1 and A2 offices at ground floor level and 9 residential units at first and second floor levels, with ancillary cycle parking, waste storage and basement plant room. Namely, amend mix of units, removal of basement, reduction in number of boreholes associated with Ground Source Heat Pumps, amend ground floor entrance arrangements for units 27, 32 and installation of new entrance door for Flat 27, amend the layout of commercial units at ground floor and residential units on first and second Floors (27, 32), external amendments including the reduction in number of roof lights, alterations to the mansard, the bricking up of the side elevation window, the reconfiguration of garage doors and windows at ground floor front elevation.
