Amendments to planning permission dated 6th February 2024 (RN:23/07813/COFUL) for Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 17 July 2023 (RN:23/02017/COFUL) for the Refurbishment and upgrade of the Seymour Centre to provide leisure, swimming pool, library, flexible community/office space, health and fitness studios, beauty treatment rooms and a cafe. Flexible use for leisure, community and events spaces (Sui Generis). Namely, Minor internal alterations to walls and partitions to facilitate the reconfiguration of uses, removal of ETFE pillow roof and retention of existing courtyard from ground floor level, alterations to include: new horizontal stage floor to create a levelled platform with new timber moulding, installation of new handrail balustrades on 4 corner stairs of sports hall, and existing window on external elevation to be replaced with a full height louvred panel and single leaf door widened to a double-leaf louvered door, alteration to fenestration at lower ground floor to allow doors, alterations to plant, roof access, roof coverings, rooflights, glazing and internal alterations and addition of external double glazing to sports hall windows tiers 2-5.
