Namely, Minor internal alterations to walls and partitions to facilitate the reconfiguration of uses, removal of ETFE pillow roof and retention of existing courtyard from ground floor level, alterations to include: new horizontal stage floor to create a levelled platform with new timber moulding, installation of new handrail balustrades on 4 corner stairs of sports hall, and existing window on external elevation to be replaced with a full height louvred panel and single leaf door widened to a double-leaf louvered door, alteration to fenestration at lower ground floor to allow doors, alterations to plant, roof access, roof coverings, rooflights, glazing and internal alterations and addition of external double glazing to sports hall windows tiers 2-5.
