Variation of Condition 1 and 12 of planning permission dated 11 October 2023 (RN:23/02110/FULL) for Reconfiguration of existing apartments, including replacement and upgrading and refurbishment of some of the external windows, addition of air source heat pumps, mechanical ventilation plant and photovoltaic panels at roof level, new amenity spaces to the basement and fifth floor levels, infilling at the rear of the building at basement, fourth and fifth floors to extend apartments and to the north at fourth floor level to extend Apartment 24, new extension at rear to house the new lift and services duct from basement to roof level, and a new fire escape entrance in Hallam Street. Namely, (i) to amend the buildings internal layouts, reconfigure the consented residential unit mix, permit additional massing at the rear of the building and enable changes to allow for residential amenity at the rooftop and amendments to the buildings plant; and (ii) remove Condition 12 to facilitate the use of the roof top for private residential amenity space.
