Variation of condition 9 of listed building dated 16th January 2024 (RN:23/04417/LBC) for the Internal and external alterations to facilitate the use of the Riding School as a private ancillary leisure facility (revisions to previously approved consent dated 30.05.2023 (RN: 22/05911/LBC) which in itself was a variation of earlier consents; and in association with RN: 23/04396/NMA. Namely, an amendment to Condition 9 to add a Part E into condition 9, which allows the applicant to submit the details of the replacement bricks in relation to details of the brick repairs.
