Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 18th April 2024 (RN:24/01247/FULL) for the Reduction of height of a boundary wall, installation of timber privacy / security screening on top, isolated repairs and rebuilding, and structural repairs (Boundary wall separating 38, 40 and 42 Ebury Bridge Road and St Barnabas Mews). Namely,to remove and set aside the existing brick on edge coping, to lay additional four courses of reclaimed brickwork with the approved pointing (flush, brushed back, lime mortar to match existing original) and reinstating the brick on edge coping at the new height.
