Amendments to planning permission dated 6th January 2023 (RN 22/05145/FULL) for the Part retention of existing basement walls and demolition of ground and upper floors at 26-46 Lisson Grove and 18 Hayes Place, and redevelopment to provide a seven-storey building with a single storey basement comprising: office space and retail space commercial uses (Class E), alterations to public realm, servicing, ancillary plant, storage, cycle parking and other associated works. NAMELY, to introduce an additional condition (40) to introduce phasing into the permission so the proposed implementation works can be carried out without triggering pre-commencement planning conditions, planning obligations and CIL liability. In addition, amend pre-commencement conditions 3, 4, 5, 15, 34 and 38 to refer to phase 2 as defined in the new phasing condition.
