Amendments to planning permission dated 27th July 2022 (RN 22/01444/FULL) for the addition of a roof extension at third floor level of 21-25 Bruton Place with roof terrace at the front for Class E use, alterations to Bruton Place façade including new shopfronts, placement of windows, installation of kitchen extract duct and plant equipment, and other associated works. NAMELY, updated basement window and door layout; update in material from exposed to rendered brick in the reveals to the substation and bike store doors; Brickwork on Bruton Place façade to no longer be exposed, instead the existing render is to be repaired and repainted; Introduction of a return to the plant screen mesh to account for existing extent of part wall; Window behind kitchen extract duct to be removed; Planter size and arrangement updated to utilise recycled planters, and planters to side facades to be changed from continuous hedging to individual tree and shrub planters; Windows to accessible WCs to have position changed; Bruton Place façade terrace lights switched from one on either side of the doors to above each door; and Panel sizes and setting out of zinc panels on Bruton Place façade to be updated.
