Description

Amendments to planning permission dated 5th June 2023 (RN 22/04635/FULL) for the Refurbishment and extension of the building on Luxborough street extending to Bingham Place; remodelling and extension of roof to provide internal and external terrace floorspace extensions to house a lift to rear at lower ground to fifth floor; use of part of ground floor as a café all in association with the use of the building as Learning and non-residential institutions (Class F1 ). NAMELY, to Introduce a 50mm shadow gap around the buildings windows; Introduce horizontal transoms on six windows within the escape stair; Change the double door opening out onto Marylebone Road to a single door; Reduce the size of the panel glazing on Luxborough Street elevation; Add six horizontal transoms on the lift curtain walling at the rear of the building; Amend the layout of the glazing to the east elevation of the annex; and raise the glass barrier locally at points on the Level 7 parapet.
