NAMELY, to Introduce a 50mm shadow gap around the buildings windows; Introduce horizontal transoms on six windows within the escape stair; Change the double door opening out onto Marylebone Road to a single door; Reduce the size of the panel glazing on Luxborough Street elevation; Add six horizontal transoms on the lift curtain walling at the rear of the building; Amend the layout of the glazing to the east elevation of the annex; and raise the glass barrier locally at points on the Level 7 parapet.
