Variation of condition 1 and 10 of planning permission dated 20 July 2021 (RN: 20/07187/FULL) for the: Demolition of existing property and erection of a five-storey building (with basement level) incorporating a lightwell to the Elgin Avenue frontage and plant at roof level to provide a commercial unit at ground and basement and residential dwellings at basement, ground and upper levels. NAMELY, to allow changes to the internal reconfiguration including to bin and refuse storage; elevation changes including alterations to the building's facade, alterations to the windows/doors, alterations to the balconies; roof changes to accommodate approved plant and installation of new Sheffield Stands and new planting boarder/screening; and to include reference to dry cleaners in land use condition.
