T332 - Catalpa bignonioides (Indian Bean Tree):R00 - Reduce crown by specified extent - reducing the height by 3.5 - 4 m and the branch length of the lower branches to the north over the footpath and to the south over the garden by around 1.5 m, tapering in to meet the new crown height to give a natural shape, to reduce loading and prevent failure of the heavily decayed basal stem onto the footpath or garden.RVD - Remove debris/vegetation to allow inspection of base - clearing the base of shrubs to a 1 m radius to improve access for future inspections.
