Variation of Conditions 1 and 12 of planning permission dated 16th August 2023 (RN: 23/01025/FULL) for the following: 'Single storey extension at rear ground floor level on Bywell Place through the infilling of the existing car ramp to basement level; extensions to the rear of the building at fourth and fifth floor levels.
