Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 16th June 2022 (RN: 22/01703/FULL) for 'Variation of condition 1 and submission of details pursuant to Condition 9 (CoCP) of planning permission dated 10th December 2019 (RN 19/07849/FULL) for the Excavation of a basement extension below the front garden, lowering of the existing lower ground floor and rear garden level, erection of two-storey glazed infill extension to the rear, re-configuration of layout for the lower ground to first floor to create a single family dwelling.
