Description

Amendments to planning permission dated 09 March 2016 (RN: 15/02197/FULL) for Demolition of existing buildings (with the exception of 4 Red Lion Yard which is to be retained with external alterations) and the erection of new building of eight/nine storeys (plus lower ground floor and four basement levels) to provide 30 residential units with swimming pool and gymnasium, creation of roof terraces, car parking and cycle parking; vehicular access from Waverton Street; hard and soft landscaping; and plant at roof level; namely, to add additional metal caps to the guardrail posts; changes to stone coping profiling and detailing; changes to the cornice profile; alter decorative metal gate from single to double leaf; relocation and addition of decorative emblems to drainage hoppers; extension of stone sill and revisions to pilaster base; replacement of French door to sash window; and omission of two windows; changes to roof level including standing seam metal spacing; omission of skylights; omission of the step overs to the BMU track; and revised slope of the roof enclosure.
