Re-alignment and resurfacing of footway/carriageway on the public highway. Installation of planters/planters with integrated seating, replacement paving (including the installation of smoke vents) and a lighting scheme to the colonnade along the Jermyn Street frontage. Installation of a box light to the underside of the existing building structure above street level on the Jermyn Street and Haymarket corner of the building. Installation of four sets of obscured glazed doors to restrict access to two portions of the colonnade which are to be used as ancillary accommodation to the retail (Class E(a)) restaurant (Class E(b)), theatre (Sui Generis) and the hotel (Class C1) occupying the remainder of the Criterion Building.
