Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 28th January 2022 (RN: 21/07881/FULL) for the In-fill of 3 windows at third floor level of Chester Row and South Eaton Place facades and installation of 6 new windows (3 pairs); replacement of roof at raised level; new glazed roof light over stairs; new decorative frieze and cornice to three facades; and installation of an internal lift and new enlarged simplified stair to access all storeys, namely omission of in-filled windows, omission of a number of applied stucco details to Eaton Place and Chester Row elevations, omission of extended parapet at roof level (and decorative frieze and cornice), amendments to roof design (including installation of new lift overrun and AOV/access hatch), demolition of existing conservatory atop 2nd floor terrace and creation of enlarged door opening and installation of new set of doors onto 2nd floor terrace, new paving to 2nd floor terrace and to lightwell and associated works.
