Amendments to planning permission dated 1st December 2021 (RN:20/06093/FULL) for Erection of two 2 storey infill extensions to the set-back corners at fifth floor level on the Berkeley Street/Mayfair Place elevation and Berkeley Street/Stratton Street elevation, the demolition of the existing mansard roof and its replacement with a single sheer storey (to match the lower floors) on the Mayfair Place elevation and Stratton Street elevation, erection of an additional set back floor at eighth floor level, plus roof top plant room.
