Variation of condition 9 of planning permission dated 19 Janaury 2016 (RN:15/07743/FULL) for Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 20 June 2011 (RN: 10/10695) for, 'Demolition of existing building and redevelopment to provide two single family dwellings comprising three basement levels, ground and three upper floors.
