Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 25 November 2022 (RN: 22/06879/FULL) for Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 14th February 2019 (RN:18/10787/FULL) for the Erection of single storey roof extension to create new eighth floor and extensions at sixth and seventh floors to allow the enlargement of two residential flats (Class C3), alterations to shopfronts facing Park Lane and associated external alterations. Namely, to infill part of the terrace at eighth floor level to provide additional residential floorspace, additional glazing at eighth floor level, to amend the window configuration at the 6th and 7th floor level, and the new extension at 8th floor level, glazing to be reduced on the west elevation, extensions and associated guardings on the north and south elevations, raise the rear central projection by 300mm, central space to be moved back to align with the seventh floor at roof level.
