Amendments to planning permission dated 26 October 2023 (RN:23/06061/FULL) for the installation of air source heat pumps (ASHPs) and water source heat pumps (WSHPs) within the existing plant enclosure and associated works; namely to amend the wording of Condition 3 part (3) to require that 'where the proposed maximum noise level exceeds the criteria in part (1), the applicant must demonstrate that the plant selections represent the best available equipment, and any mitigation measures represent best practicable means to control the noise'.
