Amendments to planning permission dated 11 September 2020 (RN: 19/09409/FULL) for demolition of the existing building and redevelopment of the site to provide a new office (Class B1) use building, of sub-basement, part basement, part ground and eight upper storeys with a plant enclosure above, with flexible retail and/or office (Class A1 and / or B1) use at part ground, part basement and part sub-basement levels floor and associated works - NAMELY, ground floor fire escape doors changed from double leaf to single leaf and reduced in height; south elevation eighth floor glazing changed from opaque glass to typical mid iron vision glass; terrace balustrade height increased by 25mm to 35mm at levels four to eight; roof plant enclosure increased in height by 250mm to conceal PV panels; level eight terrace glazed sliding door changed from having three panels to having four panels; and amendments to windows and doors on the north, east and south elevations with some external glazed doors being replaced with windows and some doors being replaced with windows.
