Variation of Conditions 4 and 5 of listed building consent dated 26 April 2021 (Ref: APP/X5990/Y/20/3256672) to read as follows :Condition 4 - The commencement of the rear extension (including any associated demolition works) hereby approved shall not commence until a structural report to demonstrate the proposals will have no impact on the structural integrity of the rear façade of the listed building has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved drawings and maintained thereafter;Condition 5 - No phase of works shall commence until details and samples of the materials to be used in the construction of external surfaces within that respective phase have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and samples.(Application made under section 19 of the Listed Building and Conservation Areas Act ).
