Namely, to agree amendments to the triggers of conditions 28 (Hard Landscaping), 31 (Public Art), 40 (Cycle Parking), 45 (Sustainability features) and 46 (Bird & Bat Boxes) in order to allow a suitable timeframe for the delivery of these aspects of the development.
