Description

Removal of condition 5(ii) of planning permission dated 22 August 2016 (RN: 16/05931/FULL) for external alterations including a replacement rear conservatory, a glazed stair link within the rear courtyard, facade alterations, reducing the floor levels in the Eccleston Street pavement vaults and installation of plant at lower ground floor level, excavation works within the main house, adjustment of courtyard rooflight location, replacement of French windows with French doors at first floor level, alterations to rear conservatory at second floor level, relocation of rooflight and installation of extract duct at roof level , replacement of roof slates and internal alterations, replacement of consented garage doors at ground floor level, insert a new timber framed door to lightwell LG.16 at lower ground floor level, rebuild a section of the existing stair at third and fourth level and new ceiling detail to the principal rooms at the ground and first floor level; NAMELY, to remove condition 5 (ii) and to omit the roof safety barriers.
