Namely, to allow addition of one floor of residential accommodation to Block G and to parts of Block H to add residential units and to reduce carbon offset payment to allow connection to Church Street District Heating Scheme. NAMELY, amalgamation of units 8.1.6 and 8.1.7 at first floor level of block H and creation of a two-bedroom dwelling in place of two existing 1-bedroom units.
