Description

Amendments to planning permission dated 01 December 2021 (RN: 20/06105/FULL) for, 'Demolition of existing roof storeys and rebuilding to create a new sheer storey at fifth floor level and realigned tiered extensions at sixth, seventh and eighth floor level, plus roof top plant room. Erection of full height extension (ground to new eighth floor level) in rear enclosed lightwell. Creation of new terraces on all elevations at sixth, seventh, eighth and roof level.
