Description

Replacement of pavers in external lightwell areas and the vaults with Yorkshire stone pavers and works to address areas of water pooling by relaying the lightwell. Replacement of all doors to the vault areas; retention of concrete which has been used to form the 3 no. arched openings within the lightwell wall (south elevation); re-render the south wall using lime render and form an appropriate junction between the existing brickwork and the concrete framed apertures; and retain and redecorate existing render within the lightwell, applying a bonding layer over the existing rendered areas and coating with lime paint.
