Use of part of the lower ground and ground floor levels as a restaurant unit fronting Grosvenor Street (Class A3)'; NAMELY; to reverse the extant consent that was granted in March 2023 (ref. 23/00228/NMA) for the amalgamation of 2 x 2-bed units into a 1 x 4-bed unit at second and third floor level, so that the consented 4-bed unit reverts back to 2 x 2-bed units as previously approved under application ref. 20/01468/FULL
