Description

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 20th December 2022 (RN 22/05746/FULL) excavation to create basement extension and lower pavement vaults; removal of existing extensions and replace with extensions at rear lower ground to third floor level including roof terrace at rear first floor level; erection of fourth floor extension in mansard style to rear and open up blind windows to front; installation of plant within mansard structure; new landscaping to garden and replace boundary wall with 16 Wilton Crescent; Namely, external wall lights at lower ground to first floor and third floor level and new air vents to the rear lower ground floor level; alterations to the design of railings at ground, first and third floor level balconies; and an intake air housing to the balcony at rear ground floor level; extended metal staircase from the lower ground floor level to rear ground floor level; and alterations to the garden finishes and layout including the provision of a new freestanding trellis with low-level air duct behind.
