Amendments to planning permission dated 5th May 2021 (RN:20/03389/COFUL) for Demolition of existing car park and redevelopment to provide a 4-storey block of sheltered residential dwellings (Use Class C3) and other associated works, including amenity space, car parking, cycle parking, refuse storage, and landscaping improvement works. Namely, amendments to the main entrance including the removal of a column adjacent to the main entrance; changes to windows and exit doors in order for compliance with AD Part B; addition of a new pedestrian exit door to the south elevation to Hall Place; addition of a cleaners store to the ground floor plan to provide storage and a sink for Westminster City Council to maintain the communal areas of the building; installation of air bricks to all elevations; raising of mansard window cills; updated roof layout including updating the layout of the photovoltaic panels and the omission of the mansafe system in favour of a fixed rooftop balustrade; incorporation of a fire corridor to all the apartments; alterations to the internal room sizes and 4 of the 20 units will be designed to full Part M4(3) Wheelchair User standards and be fully wheelchair accessible, changes to EVCP layout and insertion of louvres to the facades .
