Amendments to planning permission dated 15 October 2019 (RN:19/05236/FULL) for variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 28th January 2019 (RN 18/10309/FULL) for, 'Alterations including the removal of the existing seventh floor and plant and replacement with two storeys of office accommodation and consolidated rooftop plant, alterations to the existing windows, refurbishment of the existing entrance and associated external alterations'; NAMELY, introducing an additional stair and lift between lower ground and ground floors, creating a secondary entrance accessed from Grantham Place, cutting back the ground floor slab, and erecting balustrades and timber decking to external terraces on the 8th floors to facilitate their use as terraces, revisions to rooftop plant enclosure, installation of roof level generator flue, and alterations to the eastern party wall line.
