Amendments to planning permission dated 07th April 2021 (RN:21/00366/FULL) for Removal of condition 12 of planning permission dated 01 May 2020 (RN: 20/01459) which itself varied condition 1 of planning permission dated 12 February 2013 (RN: 12/12483)for the: internal and external alterations (comprising new windows at roof level, lift overrun green roof skylight, removal of lightwell insertion of new doors at lower ground floor level and creation of roof terrace at rear ground floor level) in connection with the conversion of the existing building from office and residential flats into a single family dwelling to vary the approved drawing numbers to allow the introduction of an additional roof light to the north east of the roof, a replacement walk on roof light to the west of the roof and an extension to the lift overrun box, set into the existing area of flat roof and plant access. Namely, the lift over run box is to be in toughened clear glass.
