Description

Amendments to planning permission dated 26 July 2019 (RN:19/03428/FULL) for the demolition of existing dwellinghouse and erection of new four storey dwellinghouse (Class C3) comprising a basement floor extending under part of the front and rear gardens, ground and two upper floors, and associated external alterations, including replacement of front boundary wall.
