Description

Variation of conditions 3 and 4 on listed building consent dated 1st July 2020 RN (19/00519/LBC) to allow demolition work to be carried out in phasing. Variation of condition 3 to read You must not start any demolition work on site, with the exception of demolition as shown on drawing (reference (12)_P499), until we have approved in writing either:a. A construction contract with the builder to complete the redevelopment work for which we have given planning permission, orb. An alternative means of ensuring we are satisfied that demolition on the site will only occur immediately prior to development of the new building. You must only carry out the demolition and development, with the exception of Phase 1 works shown on the Basement Floor Demolition Plan (reference (12)_P499), according to the approved arrangements. Variation of condition 4 to read : You must not carry out demolition works, with the exception of Phase 1 works shown on the Basement Floor Demolition Plan (reference (12)_P499), unless it is part of the complete development of the site for which planning permission was granted on 1 July 2020 (RN 19/00514/FULL). Except for demolition as shown on Basement Floor Demolition Plan (reference (12)_P499), you must carry out the demolition and development without interruption and according to the drawings we have approved.
