Proposed Works:T2 Beech tree overhanging property (adjacent to chimney):It is proposed to carry out crown lifting to the section of the beech tree that overhangs the apex chimney. The works will involve lifting the canopy clearance by up to approximately 3 metres above the chimney.No lateral reduction is proposed in this area?only vertical clearance (crown lifting) will be undertaken.T1 Beech tree (rear garden, left-hand side when viewed from property):It is proposed to remove four lateral limbs on the left-hand side of the tree in order to improve overall canopy shape and balance.The intention is to retain a natural, well-balanced form while reducing excessive growth on one side.Justification:The proposed works are to prevent interference with the property (chimney clearance) and to improve the overall structure and balance of the trees.
