The main reason is the tree isn't in good health and a lot of the branches fall off onto the driveway / road, and are at risk of damaging cars / property.This request was previously approved in a previous application (under reference: T/2022/0053/TCA on 20/06/2022) but unfortunately is no longer valid due to being over 2 years old.
