T1 Ash. Deadwood over highway and garden. Reduce large heavily weighted lateral limbs as a form of ADB Management.G1 Silver Birch. Approx 7 Birch, causing significant drainage and flooding issues along Lancaster Lane, that council are aware of.T2 Beech fell, one of two beech planted within close proximity of one another. Poor growth characteristics canopy not a full as counterpart. Remove to allow other beech to better develop. Black staining present on mainstem.T3 Sycamore Fell. Largely dead upper canopy over 30%, large included union, closely situated to highway.T4/T5, Alder fell, previously approved on LPA planning application, but now lapsed.T6 Oak. Reduce large single lateral limb heavily weighted/ lions tailed back to mainstem as no suitable growth point, previously approved on LPA planning application, but now lapsed.
