Application Details
Description
T1 - Front Garden - Willow Tree - Situated next to front garden wall. The tree is now overhanging the public footpath causing pedestrians to walk in the road. It is also low hanging into the unadopted road to the side of the property boundary. The tree is also touching the overhead telephone wire.Proposed works - Crown Raise to 2.5m trim branches and overall height to a manageable level. Making it safe for pedestrians and street furniture.T2 - Silver Birch - Situated in the rear garden close to the boundary with neighbouring property. Current height is approx 12/13m with overhanging branches into the neighbouring garden. Proposed woks - To reduce the overall height and spread by 3m therefore would not be overhanging the neighbouring property making the heigh and circumference more manageable for future pruning. The tree leans sightly towards the neighbours property. By reducing the height would make the tree safer in any heigh winds.T3 - Copper Beech - Situated in the rear garden close to the boundary with the neighbouring property. Sits approx 12/13m tall with overhanging branches touching the neighbouring property's chimney stack.Proposed works - Reduce overall height and spread by 3m therefore the tree would not be touching the neighbouring property not overhang their garden. This would make the tree s height and circumference more manageable for future pruning. In it's current state the tree is hazard to our neighbours property and I am concerned that it could cause damage should we have any strong winds.
