Description

T1 - elm Dismantle and remove to ground level one elm tree as it is dead due to Dutch elm disease. The tree should be removed as it begins to decay the deadwood will become more likely to break off causing harm to pedestrian?s underneath. Also the structural integrity of the tree will decline. Also the tree will be prone to other pest and diseases speeding up the risk of failure.
