T1: Large Ash tree. Appling to fell. The tree is suffering from hymenoscyphus fraxineus (ash die back). The tree has become a danger as it has declined quickly due to the disease, it has shed branches over the neighbor's property, the home owners property and also the pavement/highway, the tree has reached a point where no remedial work to the tree would help it recover.
