Description

T1 Lime, Remove. Mature tree that's main stem is within 3 metres of property severely over hanging property roof, and touching roof in places. Branches large and mature and quite heavily weighted on the ends leading to potential failure. Has been pruned in the past but given species, has caused excess epicormic growth so overly dense canopy increasing wind sail. Replace with suitable standard size native tree eg. Beech, Oak.T2 Ash Remove, onset Ash dieback cavities within the main stem over hangs shared access. Leaving habitat pole.
