Application Details
Description
Remove the remaining wall that is leaning and unstable. Following this, the surrounding soil, shrubs and trees, that are close to the edge of the boundary of the property, will be cleared to create an area for a secure, feather board fence to be installed that will run alongside the highway - Moss Lane - at a height of 2 meters. The trees that will be removed will be replaced with other trees that are further away from the boundary of the property. The proposed fence would start at the rear of the property, parallel to the highway stopping at 17m in length. It will then return to the property with a length of 5 m, leaving room to install a 4m gate to give access to the back garden. We are also proposing a dropped kerb to the front of the property to allow access for two cars onto the driveway. The dropped kerb is approximately 3m wide and we propose that we increase the length to 9m allowing the dual car access. This kerb would then stop 15m from the junction leading from Moss Lane to Woodlee Road.
