Consultation by Marine Scotland Licencing on an EIA Scoping Report for the offshore components of the Havbredey Offshore Windfarm (Scotwind - N2) Note: this EIA Scoping Report consultation request relates to the proposed marine licence applications and section 36 energy consent application for the Offshore elements only. Note: The turbine array would be located approximately 37 km north east of the Butt Of Lewis and 27km north west of Cape Wrath. The Project is currently proposed to make landfall between Bettyhill and Dunnet Bay, on the north coast of mainland Scotland.
