Description

Erect 12 single storey semi-detached houses (affordable homes) with air source heat pumps, to be constructed over two phases. Create new access and turning head and widen and alter level on Ferry Road at new access intersection, install surface water drainage and SUDS attenuation basin and install connections to public sewer; create landscaped mound feature as a visual screen and to attenuate noise generated from industrial area and pier and utilise disturbed peat on and adjacent to site for peatland restoration.
