Hi, I understand that DC03-134 is the extant Hazardous Substances Consent for the site, although I would be grateful of confirmation of that. I am aware of aware of DC10/120/HAZ and DC12/066 which were withdrawn. I have the Decision Notice for DC03-134 which states the total permitted quantities in tonnes, but I am looking for the application form or any correspondence with HSE/a copy of the HSE assessment to establish whether there are controls on the individual tanks (i.e. a capacity per tank in cubic metres). A Hazardous Substance Location would also be helpful please. Thanks.
