Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed Use or Development: The proposal is for a dormer roof extension and a small change to a rear first-floor window. The property will remain a house, and the work will not change the building footprint or the ground floor. The rear first-floor window will be made taller by about 34 cm, while keeping the same width and overall alignment with the other windows.
