Description

Non-material amendment to planning permission 25/00885/FUL (Redevelopment of existing boatsheds and boat club facilities together with associated access, parking and landscaping). Amendment: the existing vehicular access at the site shall be stopped up for purposes other than construction and maintenance of the approved scheme , and abandoned immediately after the new access hereby approved has been brought into use. The existing ccess shall be abandoned once the development has been completed and the footway-cycleway and verge shall, at the same time as the stopping-up and abandonment, be reinstated to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
