The trees are within the ownership of the Canal & River Trust, the Trust land ownership can be seen in green shading on the 'sketch plan'. Where ownership has been identified as uncertain, the Trust will obtain owner permission prior to undertaking work. All trees are within the Kintbury Conservation Area- this layer is not shown to aid interpretation of the 'sketch plan'.
