T1 - Laurel hedge that consists of 3x multi-stem clumps - They are currently approx. 6-7m in height, propose to cut them down to approximately 1.5m. T2 and T3 - 2no. self-seeded Sycamore trees - They are very young, approx. 4m in height and 15cm diameter at the base each, remove. T4 - Leylandi on the boundary - Raise the canopy by removing the lower limbs up to 1.8m from ground level, to allow for better access.T5 - Magnolia tree - It is approx.1.8m high and 5cm diameter at the base. remove it and replant something else nearby in a more suitable location.
