Application for a Non-Material Amendment Following a Grant of Planning Permission Allowed on Appeal of 22/02047/FULD - Demolition of the existing large agricultural buildings and replacement with new residential dwellings, together with access, parking,landscaping and any other associated infrastructure. Amendments: Following a review of the scheme and further investigations, amendments are sought to the approved plans, including: Site Layout: Unit H1 building footprint moved further from the road. Additional detail relating to landscaping, boundary treatments and cycle storage (all subject to conditions to be discharged separately)Unit H1: Size and location of canopy amended. Balcony at first floor level removed and replaced with rooflights to the east elevation. Additional glazing to the north elevation. Skylights relocated and made marginally larger. Other minor design amendments to roof and elevations Unit H2 and H3: Rear canopy to Unit H2 removed. Balcony added at first floor level to the south elevation. Other minor design amendments to elevations. The small change to the site layout is due to more detailed onsite mapping. This means that Unit H1 must be pushed back slightly from the road. This also allows for a greater landscape area/retention of existing vegetation to the frontage.
